NDIS
Holistic Speech and Language Pathology is a registered NDIS provider. Participants registered with the NDIS and who have an approved plan, can access Speech Pathology services through the NDIS to receive support in order to reach their goals. For further information on whether your child might be eligible to receive NDIS funding, call the NDIS office on 1800 800 110.
Medicare
Holistic Speech and Language Pathology is a registered Medicare provider. Medicare rebates apply for children on the Autism Spectrum or any other developmental disorders. Eligible children can access up to 20 subsidised sessions from eligible health professionals, such as: Audiologists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, optometrist, through a referral from a paediatrician or psychiatrist
Chronic disease Management plan
Medicare rebates apply for children diagnosed with a chronic condition by their GP. Such conditions might be: severe speech and language delay/ dyspraxia, Articulation difficulties, literacy difficulties. This plan provides up to five subsidised sessions per calendar year for a range of health professionals.
