ABOUT
Holistic Speech and Language Pathology is a private Speech Pathology practice located in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
We specialise in providing speech pathology intervention to children, adolescents and adults, who require support to become a better communicator or to improve their learning. Our services are provided in educational settings, private homes and clinic, with a commitment to applying evidence based professional intervention through a holistic and functional approach.

I live in the beautiful Adelaide Hills with my family and in my free time I enjoy gardening, sailing, walking and visiting our holiday place on Kangaroo Island. We migrated from Germany to Australia in 1983 so I am bilingual with a European background.”
It is vital for people to connect and be able to communicate as families, friends and in society to live an enjoyable life. I strive to help people to reach their full potential by using a holistic approach, utilising peoples strength and interests to compensate and overcome their difficulties.
For many people this is a long term goal or even life - long goal. Having worked with people of all ages and from diverse ethnic backgrounds, I hold a great level of compassion, flexibility in my beliefs and an ability to apply a well-rounded perspective. I am continuously seeking professional development to expand my knowledge and to be up to date with the latest available evidence. I also have a special interest in Autism and Neuroplasticity of the brain and working with this population.
My formal training areas include:
Speech Pathology (Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Flinders University and registered member of Speech Pathology Australia)
Early behavioural intervention using applied behavioural (ABA) techniques
Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
Alternative and Augmentative communication systems.
